Hi everyone, and welcome to my weight loss blog! My name is Jayden, and this is where I will be documenting my daily food diary, and workouts!

I am 16 years old. My height is 5'4 and I currently weigh 151 pounds.

Before I started losing weight, I was at 222 pounds. I've lost 70 pounds.

My current goal weight is 140 pounds.

My ultimate goal weight is 120 pounds.

I used to be pro ana, but I realized how ignorant of me it was to be pro a disease, basically, and I didn't want to continue eating that way, and ruin my body. I am also recovering from self mutilation.

I've decided to turn my life around and start LOVING my body, and looking forward to the changes I will see from it.
